A sales agreement concluded by a Consumer and an Entrepreneur with consumer rights via this online store is a distance agreement and is subject to the provisions of the Act of 30 May 2014 on consumer rights, regarding distance agreements, including the right to withdraw from the agreement, with the exception of cases specified in the Store Regulations.

If you meet these conditions, you have 14 calendar days from the moment of parcel delivery to report a return. The Consumer or Entrepreneur with consumer rights bears the direct costs of returning the products. The return should be sent to Fulfilio Sp. z o.o., ul. Łubińska 10, 05-532 Łubna, Building B (eatyx). A completed return form should be attached to the shipment.
