The sales contract concluded by the Consumer and the Entrepreneur with the Consumer's rights via this Online Store is a distance contract and the provisions of the Act of May 30, 2014 apply to it . on consumer rights regarding distance contracts, including the right to withdraw from the contract, except for the cases specified in the Store Regulations.

If you meet these conditions, you have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of the package to report your return. The Consumer or Entrepreneur with Consumer rights bears the direct costs of returning the products. The return should be sent to the address of Fulfilio Sp. z o. o., ul. Łubińska 10, 05-532 Łubna, Building B (eatyx). A completed return form should be attached to the shipment.
